About Us:
Trident Gymnastics is a new Melbourne gymnastics club based in Ringwood. We are always searching for individuals who share our passion for helping young people grow up through gymnastics, helping to make our vision a reality! Having opened in 2022, this family owned business is directed by Alyona Kvasha and Tim Lees, with Toby Thomas serving as Operations Manager.

About the Role:
This casual position works in collaboration with the Operations Manager and Directors. Trident Gymnastics coaches are integral to the successful delivery of our programs. In 2022 classes offered will include JuniorGym, EduGym, UrbanGym and Gymstar. These programs cater for entry level participants through to well rounded athletes in traditional and fusion gymnastics disciplines.
As a Trident Gymnastics coach you will be responsible for:

Delivering inclusive and progressive gymnastics and movement classes

Living the Trident Gymnastics company values
-
Maintaining a Gymnastics Australia coaching accreditation
-
Maintaining a current and valid Working With Children Check (if aged 18 years or older)
About You:
-
Have the ability to obtain and maintain a valid Working With Children Check for those over 18 years
-
Are passionate about empowering and supporting young people
-
Can work independently and as part of a broader team to achieve set outcomes
-
Excellent communication skills to maintain relationships with key stakeholders, Trident participants and their families

Experience working with young people advantageous
